We are service obsessed! We are seeking a TRAFFIC COP, a customer experience professional to continue the growth of our account support team and our client base.

(90-day probationary period) The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated account support representatives and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
The Client Experience Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and achieving performance targets.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members, ensuring a high level of professionalism and client-centric focus.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a strong client service culture.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide regular feedback, and identify opportunities for individual and team development.
Implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the account support team.
Encourage innovation and creativity, promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the account support team.
Client Support Excellence:
Ensure that all client interactions are handled promptly, professionally, and with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
Address escalated client issues and complaints, seeking resolutions in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on account support performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and areas for improvement.
Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimizing account support operations and enhancing client satisfaction.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on account support data and analysis.
