Meet clients on site (usually their homes) and create a design/plan for what they are wanting for their property.
Create an estimate in Quickbooks & send to client within 24 hours.
However, it is preferred to have done and completed on site before leaving clients home.
Call client after sending out estimate to ensure they received it and answer any questions they may have.
Follow up with office on if the sale was accepted.
After acceptance of estimate, a video must be made of job site of what is to be expected and how job is supposed to be completed.
Be available to Project Manager as needed Meet with Project manager for projects that are specifically your sale.
Complete Final walkthrough with client & project manager.
If client denies a sale, find out why and see how to get them to the buying point.
Ensure office staff is kept up to date at all times.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to understand complex construction management concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Quickbook's software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals.
