Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with our experienced installers to ensure efficient and accurate installations of windows, doors, and siding materials.
Material Management:
Assist in handling, transporting, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
Preparation:
Help prepare work areas by measuring, marking, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with installers to meet WindowMax's quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
Customer Interaction:
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers, addressing their questions and concerns as needed.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for you and your team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
Strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a team-player attitude.
Basic knowledge of construction or installation processes is a plus.
