For 30 years the Center for Primary Care has been providing exceptional healthcare to the community and the HR Department is expanding.
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Generalist to bring their unique experience to our team at our corporate office location in Martinez, Georgia.
In collaboration with HR colleagues, the HR Generalist will be responsible for executing various aspects of HR operations.

The HR Generalist provides valuable, practical, and proactive support to corporate office employees, physicians, managers, and practice-based employees while working effectively within the HR team environment.
In addition to the execution of key responsibilities, the HR Generalist assists with the delivery of HR strategy and projects.
Key
Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration:
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
Assist employees with inquiries and enrollment.
Ensure accuracy of recordkeeping and plan administration functions.
Compensation:
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Address employee payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
HR Data Analytics:
Maintain accurate HR data within the HRIS software and prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports to support company objectives and decision making.
HR Compliance:
Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Ensure company policies and procedures remain compliant.
Draft policy revisions.
Employee Relations:
Establishes professional relationships and acts as a trusted partner to practice leaders.
Assist in managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Provide trusted advice and policy interpretation to managers and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
Performance and Talent Management:
Coordinate annual performance review process, conduct market analysis to ensure the Center for Primary Care remains the market leader in primary care.
Identifies training and development opportunities.
Unemployment Claims Management:
Handle all aspects of unemployment claims, including documentation, communication with relevant agencies, and representing the company in hearings/appeals.
Talent Acquisition Support:
Collaborate with the HR team on the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and participating in interviews as needed.
Qualifications for Success Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, to be obtained within 2 years of hire.
Minimum 2 years of working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including benefits administration, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.

years of HR experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
Proficiency with HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's degree and advanced degrees in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 4
years of HR experience preferably in a healthcare setting Advising/consulting experience Licensure and/or Certification:
Professional HR designation (PHR, SHRM) preferred or within 1 year.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
