Receptionist are responsible for being the first point of contact for clients & providing exceptional customer service.
Must be able to multitask, work efficiently & handle a fast pace environment.
Experience preferred! Tasks include answering phones, verifying vaccine records, giving tours, creating new client profiles, making reservations, checking-in/out guests, obtaining accurate feeding & medication instructions, scheduling add-on services, setting up bedrooms, organizing pet's belongings, collecting payments, etc.
An average day at Paws in Paradise consists of approximately 60-100 check-ins/check-outs so working in a fast pace environment is a must.
Staff are eligible to receive tips, employee discounts, birthday pay, etc.
