00 / hour plus bonus potential Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring that their IHOP delivers great experiences to guests while maintaining operational standards every single day.
You will manage the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring top notch service, menu knowledge and the highest level of hospitality.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring that the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures.
Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
Assist Team Members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency.
Provide support as needed in ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste and theft.
Assist in required administrative and non-service-related operational activitiesPerforms other related duties as required.
